About John

In 1985 I moved to Prince Edward Island and fell in love with the island's beautiful scenery and relaxed lifestyle. To pass the long winters, I took an evening painting class at the local Arts Centre, which sparked my interest in painting. But life got in the way, and furthering my education, working abroad, and raising a family took priority. 

It wasn’t until 2022, when my kids were older and the isolation of the pandemic hit, that I truly returned to painting. 

My passion grew with each piece, and creating art is now part of my life!
